Getting Started with Pilates
Are you new to Pilates and looking to get started?
There is nothing to worry about, you are in good hands.
Pilates is a great step to an amazing way to keep your body strong and lean. Multiple studies over the years have supported the many benefits of exercise and Pilates can have in increasing energy, improving posture and supporting joint-health. At Body Evolve Pilates, we will work along side you to provide the best instruction possible.
Is Pilates for me?
Pilates is for everyone and a great way to transform and align your body. Each student that participates with our studio gets a personalized training plan. Regardless of your age, ability or goals, we are here to help guide and support you.
After your first session your instructor will provide you with a custom path and advice on to best achieve your goals. As with all exercise, frequency is key component to success.
What should I wear to my sessions?
Comfortable yet form-fitting clothes so your instructor can see your alignment to keep form correct and your body safe. Shoes are not worn during your Pilates classes and there is no need to purchase any equipment.
