Our Studio
Body Evolve has a 20-year history in the North Shore having first opened its doors in Highland Park in 1998. The studio attributes it’s longevity, success and excellent reputation to highly knowledgeable instructors and personal attention to the individual client. All instructors are certified in Pilates and many have extensive backgrounds in dance, health and exercise. Our instructors have worked alongside physical therapists and are acutely aware of the unique needs of patients recovering from injury, athletes optimizing performance, and restoring the body to correct alignment and optimal health.
