PILATES FLOW
Mat based class using Pilates principles to strengthen your core while working your whole body. Progressions and modifications provided. Suitable for all levels. Props to have on hand: Mat, household chair, light weights (or water bottles) and hand towels.
PILATES POWER
Increase the challenge to your core with this total body workout incorporating more advanced Pilates exercises and strength training. Props to have on hand: Mat, household chair, light weights (or water bottles) and hand towels.
PILATES FUSION
Pilates based training combined with yoga, barre or strength conditioning. Props to have on hand: Mat, household chair, light weights (or water bottles) and hand towels.
